Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Coordenadoria dos Juizados Especiais \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o vinculado \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de buscar a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos referentes a pr\u00e1ticas das serventias oficializadas dos Juizados Especiais Criminais objetivando a melhoria dos Servi\u00e7os prestados aos jurisdicionados deste Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as determina\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Constituir o grupo de trabalho para realizar estudos visando a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos prestados pelas serventias oficializadas dos Juizados Especiais Criminais deste Estado, designando para tanto:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 &#8211; Os Ju\u00edzes de Direito <strong>JORGE HENRIQUE VALLE DOS SANTOS<\/strong> E <strong>VICTOR QUEIROZ SCHNEIDER<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- Os funcion\u00e1rios <strong>MOACYR EWALD BORGES FILHO<\/strong>, Escrevente Juramentado lotado no 1\u00ba Juizado Especial Criminal de Vila Velha, <strong>MARCO ANT\u00d4NIO LUCINDO BOLELLI<\/strong>, Assessor de Juiz, <strong>CRISTIANO FRAGA NOGUEIRA<\/strong>, Escrevente Juramentado 2\u00ba Juizado Especial Criminal da Serra e a equipe do CPD deste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a <strong>ANGELA MAYER TESSAROLO<\/strong> E <strong>RONNEY BRUNELLI DUTRA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3 &#8211; Todos atuar\u00e3o sob a supervis\u00e3o do <strong>Desembargador S\u00e9rgio Luiz Teixeira Gama<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 &#8211; Os trabalhos ter\u00e3o in\u00edcio em 05 de maio de 2006, e as reuni\u00f5es peri\u00f3dicas ser\u00e3o realizadas \u00e0s sextas-feiras, inicialmente na Coordenadoria dos Juizados Especiais, de 8h e 30 min. \u00e0s 11h e 30 min. .Os funcion\u00e1rios receber\u00e3o pelo servi\u00e7o extraordin\u00e1rio prestado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5- Os trabalhos dever\u00e3o ser encerrados at\u00e9 agosto de 2006, devendo ao seu final, ser apresentado relat\u00f3rio com propostas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica, podendo o prazo ser renovado caso haja necessidade de complementa\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6 &#8211; O grupo formado ter\u00e1 o nome de <strong>UNIJECRIM,<\/strong> com logotipo pr\u00f3prio, diferenciado dos demais setores do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 20 de abril de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPresidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 18\/2006 O Exmo.
