{"id":13499,"date":"2017-04-03T17:48:48","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T20:48:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=13499"},"modified":"2017-04-03T17:48:48","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T20:48:48","slug":"ato-normativo-no-302006-publ-11072006","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/03\/ato-normativo-no-302006-publ-11072006\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 30\/2006 &#8211; PUBL. 11\/07\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N.\u00ba 30\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Esclarece d\u00favida acerca da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 34\/2006<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR JORGE GOES COUTINHO, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS, E<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o advento da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-342006-publ-em-10072006\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 34\/2006<\/a>, do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno; e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. <strong>ESCLARECER<\/strong> que, em decorr\u00eancia da institui\u00e7\u00e3o do subs\u00eddio como forma de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros ativos e inativos do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, a Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Pagamento de Pessoal promover\u00e1 os descontos relativos \u00e0s pens\u00f5es aliment\u00edcias e outros emanados de ordem judicial, quando fixada em percentual, sobre o total do subs\u00eddio, at\u00e9 que cada interessado promova, por via judicial, as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es que julgar conveniente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Esta Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos financeiros a 01\/07\/2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
