{"id":13513,"date":"2017-04-03T18:03:18","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T21:03:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=13513"},"modified":"2017-04-03T18:03:18","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T21:03:18","slug":"ato-normativo-no-342006-publ-02082006","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/03\/ato-normativo-no-342006-publ-02082006\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 34\/2006 &#8211; PUBL. 02\/08\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 34\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do Of\u00edcio SJ n\u00ba 1.683\/2006, protocolizado neste Tribunal sob o n\u00ba 2006.00.502.048, de lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Juiz de Direito &#8211; Diretor do F\u00f3rum de Vila Velha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. <strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> o fechamento do pr\u00e9dio do F\u00f3rum Desembargador Afonso Cl\u00e1udio, pr\u00e9dio dos Juizados Especiais e Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, todos do Ju\u00edzo de Vila Velha, no dia 18\/08\/2006 (sexta-feira), quando, por este motivo, os prazos processuais ficar\u00e3o suspensos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> que, em raz\u00e3o do disposto no item anterior, o MM.
