Fica acrescido ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/03\/ato-normativo-no-442006-publ-28092006\/\" target=\"_blank\">art. 1\u00ba do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 44\/2006<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 28 de setembro de 2006, o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cPar\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. Findo o movimento grevista e efetuado o recolhimento na rede banc\u00e1ria, todas as guias dever\u00e3o ser encaminhadas aos \u00d3rg\u00e3os julgadores para que as Secretarias procedam as juntadas aos referidos autos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
