Sr. Comandante do Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia de Tr\u00e2nsito Rodovi\u00e1rio Urbano da 2\u00aa Se\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 065\/06.SGV-DETRAN\/ES, protocolizado neste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2006.00.817.339, que encaminhou ao Tribunal o OF.CIRC.N\u00ba. 056\/06.SGV-DETRAN\/ES;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ainda os termos do Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 89\/05.SGV-DETRAN\/ES, que deu origem ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/03\/31\/ato-normativo-no-562005-publ-26122005\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 56\/2005<\/a> deste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a que recomendou aos Magistrados que expe\u00e7am solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de dados de ve\u00edculos diretamente \u00e0s Circunscri\u00e7\u00f5es Regionais de Tr\u00e2nsito &#8211; CRT;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. <strong>RECOMENDAR<\/strong> aos Magistrados que, por ocasi\u00e3o da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor, tamb\u00e9m fa\u00e7am expedir comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de restri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Tr\u00e2nsito da circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o da respectiva Comarca, se for o caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
