PUBL. 27\/11\/2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 57\/2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA<\/strong>: \u201c<em>Complementa a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 52\/2006<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Complementando<\/strong> o constante na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-522006-publ-em-02102006-revogada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 052\/2006<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 02\/10\/06:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Estabelecer novo hor\u00e1rio de atendimento dos servi\u00e7os m\u00e9dicos, que ser\u00e1 \u00e0s segundas, ter\u00e7as e quintas-feiras, das 13h \u00e0s 15h e \u00e0s sextas-feiras das 08h \u00e0s 10h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Os servidores a que se referem o art. 2\u00ba da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o citada, ter\u00e3o o prazo de 02 (dois) dias, a contar do in\u00edcio da licen\u00e7a, para se apresentarem ao Setor M\u00e9dico da Direito Judici\u00e1ria de Servi\u00e7os Sociais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; A concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7a m\u00e9dica superior a 15 (quinze) dias depender\u00e1 de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o por Junta M\u00e9dica do Poder Executivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico &#8211; As respectivas Guias de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o M\u00e9dica continuar\u00e3o sendo fornecidas pela Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria Administrativa do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e pelas Secretarias de Ju\u00edzo dos F\u00f3runs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211;
