EMENTA<\/strong> – Estabelece hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento diferenciado para o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a durante o recesso forense<\/em>.<\/p>\n

O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR JORGE GOES COUTINHO, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS, E<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual instituiu o recesso forense na Justi\u00e7a Comum Estadual no per\u00edodo de 20 de dezembro de 2006 a 05 de janeiro de 2007.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que nesse per\u00edodo haver\u00e1 hor\u00e1rio de expediente diferenciado para atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. ESTABELECER<\/strong> que durante o per\u00edodo de 20 de dezembro de 2006 a 05 de janeiro de 2007 o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a funcionar\u00e1, excepcionalmente, no hor\u00e1rio de 12h \u00e0s 18h.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. ESCLARECER<\/strong> que haver\u00e1 expediente normal apenas na COMISS\u00c3O PERMANENTE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00d5ES – no hor\u00e1rio de 08h \u00e0s 18h -, nos dias descritos no artigo anterior em que tenham sido marcadas sess\u00f5es de licita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
