Sr. Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais ,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95- Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exclusivamente quanto ao Cart\u00f3rio do 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vit\u00f3ria- CIC, em raz\u00e3o da migra\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco de Dados para o sistema do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- Suspender os prazos processuais no per\u00edodo de 19\/01\/2007 a 05\/02\/2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- Suspender o atendimento \u00e0s partes e advogados, no per\u00edodo de 29\/01\/2007 a 05\/02\/2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- Esclarecer que as pautas de audi\u00eancias designadas n\u00e3o sofrer\u00e3o interfer\u00eancia com as suspens\u00f5es acima efetivadas, FICANDO MANTIDAS TODAS AS AUDI\u00caNCIAS NO PER\u00cdODO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 26 de janeiro de 2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE DO TJES<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 01\/2007 O Exm\u00ba.
