ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 008\/2007<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

EMENTA<\/strong>: “D\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao caput do artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 004 do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, de 28 de fevereiro de 2002<\/em>.”<\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE GOES COUTINHO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de se promover a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria (Bolsa) prevista no artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o citada na ementa deste ato.<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o \u00a7 1\u00ba do artigo 9\u00ba autoriza expressamente a Presid\u00eancia a corrigir o valor de forma monocr\u00e1tica, havendo disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria.<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos.<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. DAR<\/strong> nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao caput artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 004\/2002<\/a>, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/del><\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 9\u00ba – Com base no art. 4\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 6.494 de 07\/12\/1977, o est\u00e1gio, objeto da presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, com contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria (bolsa), no valor de R$ 350,00 (trezentos e cinq\u00fcenta reais), n\u00e3o cria v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio de qualquer natureza com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.\u201d<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Os efeitos financeiros relativos \u00e0 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o supracitada retroagem a 01 de mar\u00e7o de 2007.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>. O presente Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a.<\/del><\/p>\n
