IV, al\u00edneas &#8220;a&#8221;, &#8220;b&#8221; e &#8220;c&#8221; da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/2002, alterada pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 364\/2006;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do MM.
