Decis\u00e3o\/Of\u00edcio CMFJ n\u00ba 0203\/2017, proferida nos autos do Processo Administrativo Disciplinar n\u00ba. 2015.00.946.854 desta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cessar os efeitos<\/strong> do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/03\/20\/ato-no-612017-disp-20032017\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato n\u00ba 061\/2017<\/a> publicado no e-Di\u00e1rio do dia 20\/03\/2017, que aplicou a pena de suspens\u00e3o \u00e0 servidora Sem\u00edramis Dornelas de Souza, Analista Judici\u00e1rio \u2013 AJ \u2013 Oficial de Justi\u00e7a Avaliador da Central de Mandados da Comarca de Vila Velha\/ES, pelo prazo de 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias, com cancelamento autom\u00e1tico do pagamento da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor, referente a este per\u00edodo, tudo de acordo com o disposto no artigo 236 da Lei Complementar Estadual 46\/94, conforme a R.
