{"id":14091,"date":"2017-04-17T13:20:07","date_gmt":"2017-04-17T16:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=14091"},"modified":"2018-02-09T15:41:01","modified_gmt":"2018-02-09T17:41:01","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0232008-publ-30052008","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/17\/ato-normativo-no-0232008-publ-30052008\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 023\/2008 &#8211; PUBL. 30\/05\/2008"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 23\/2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EMENTA<\/strong>: <em>\u201cD\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao caput do artigo 9\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0042002-publ-em-06032002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 004<\/a> do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, de 28 de fevereiro de 2002\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de se promover a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria (Bolsa) prevista no artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o citada na ementa deste ato,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o \u00a7 1\u00ba do artigo 9\u00ba autoriza expressamente a Presid\u00eancia a corrigir o valor de forma monocr\u00e1tica, havendo disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. DAR nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao caput do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/12\/13\/resolucao-no-0042002-publ-em-06032002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 004\/2002<\/a>, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cArt. 9\u00ba &#8211; Com base no art. 4\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 6.494 de 07\/12\/1977, o est\u00e1gio, objeto da presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, com contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria (bolsa), no valor de R$ 420,00 (quatrocentos e vinte reais), n\u00e3o cria v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio de qualquer natureza com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Judici\u00e1rio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. O presente Ato Normativo entra em vigor a partir de 1\u00ba de junho de 2008.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
