Srs. Desembargadores FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e S\u00c9RGIO LUIZ TEIXEIRA GAMA, Supervisor dos Juizados Especiais, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> que os Juizados Especiais Adjuntos funcionam, atrav\u00e9s de conv\u00eanios assinados entre o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e as Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino Superior, em modelo diferenciado, com o atendimento inicial, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o e o servi\u00e7o cartor\u00e1rio praticados por estagi\u00e1rios e funcion\u00e1rios das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o recesso judici\u00e1rio e o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias coletivas e regulamentares das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>M,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do recebimento de iniciais nos Cart\u00f3rios dos Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis Adjuntos das seguintes Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino Superior: UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO (UFES), FACULDADE DE DIREITO DE CACHOEIRO DE ITAPEMIRIM (FDCI), UNI\u00c3O DE ESCOLAS DE ENSINO SUPERIOR CAPIXABA (UNESC &#8211; SERRA), FACULDADE DE CI\u00caNCIAS APLICADAS SAGRADO CORA\u00c7\u00c3O (UNILINHARES) e EST\u00c1CIO DE S\u00c1 (VIT\u00d3RIA E VILA VELHA), no per\u00edodo de 20 de dezembro de 2008 \u00e0 30 de janeiro de 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong>, ainda, que no mesmo per\u00edodo, nos juizados adjuntos mencionados, o hor\u00e1rio de atendimento cartor\u00e1rio seja das 12 \u00e0s 18 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 17 de novembro de 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE DO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador S\u00c9RGIO LUIZ TEIXEIRA GAMA<br \/>\nSUPERVISOR DOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 95\/2008 Os Exmos.
