{"id":14402,"date":"2017-04-18T15:12:22","date_gmt":"2017-04-18T18:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=14402"},"modified":"2017-04-18T15:12:22","modified_gmt":"2017-04-18T18:12:22","slug":"ato-normativo-no-272009-publ-19062009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/18\/ato-normativo-no-272009-publ-19062009\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 27\/2009 &#8211; PUBL. 19\/06\/2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 27\/2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Constitui o Comit\u00ea Gestor de Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica dos Processos do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador \u00c1LVARO MANOEL ROSINDO BOURGUIGNON, Presidente em exerc\u00edcio do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 65<\/a>, oriunda do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero dos processos nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Instituir, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Comit\u00ea Gestor da Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica dos Processos, com a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; Lyrio Regis de Souza Lyrio &#8211; Juiz de Direito Assessor da Presid\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; Ana Paula Gireli Bissi &#8211; servidora;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III &#8211; Angela Regina Mayer Tessarolo &#8211; servidora;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV &#8211; Marcelo Venturott Ferreira &#8211; Servidor;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Compete ao Comit\u00ea Gestor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; implantar a numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica no \u00e2mbito do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; adotar as medidas necess\u00e1rias objetivando dar cumprimento aos termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 65 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III &#8211; prestar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es requisitadas pelo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. O Comit\u00ea Gestor ser\u00e1 coordenado pelo Juiz de Direito Assessor da Presid\u00eancia e, na sua aus\u00eancia, pelo membro do Comit\u00ea por ele indicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>.
