Juiz de Direito Substituto de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, Dr. Marcos Hor\u00e1cio Miranda, designado para o 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel Adjunto &#8211; UFES &#8211; de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> o fechamento do 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel Adjunto de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, localizado na Universidade Federal do Esp\u00edrito Santo &#8211; UFES, no dia 26 de outubro do corrente ano, bem como a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais dos feitos em tr\u00e2mite no mesmo, haja vista que n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 expediente acad\u00eamico e\/ou administrativo no Campus da referida entidade, em virtude da antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o do Dia do Servidor P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 22 de outubro de 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador \u00c1LVARO M.
