Sr. Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e o Exmo. Sr. Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhes conferem o Regimento Interno do Tribunal e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de dar continuidade aos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo Gestor das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o expediente de n\u00ba 2010.00.678.245, encaminhado pelo MM. Juiz de Direito Lyrio Regis de Souza Lyrio, Presidente do Grupo Gestor de Tabelas Processuais Unificadas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de atualizar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/20\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-072010-publ-19052010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 07\/2010<\/a>, em raz\u00e3o da altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus componentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVEM<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1<\/strong>\u00ba. <strong>Incluir<\/strong> o Sr. Reginaldo Lube (matr\u00edcula n\u00ba 204977-16), servidor lotado no Centro de Processamento de Dados deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, como membro integrante do Grupo Gestor das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Os demais artigos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/20\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-072010-publ-19052010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 07\/2010<\/a> permanecem inalterados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
