ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 19\/2010<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, DD Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 114 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e, dentre outros assuntos, o planejamento, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e o monitoramento de obras no Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cada Tribunal dever\u00e1 elaborar um plano de obras, a partir de seu programa de necessidade, de seu planejamento estrat\u00e9gico e das diretrizes;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cada obra ter\u00e1 o indicador de prioridade, obtido a partir da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica que contemple o regulamento disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 114 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. CONSTITUIR<\/strong>, Comiss\u00e3o para elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de sistema de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, conforme disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 114 do CNJ, composta pelos servidores CL\u00c1UDIA RIBEIRO MENDES FONSECA<\/strong> (Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Engenharia e Projetos), CARLOS ALBERTO DOS SANTOS LIRA<\/strong> (Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Engenharia e Projetos), MAUR\u00cdCIO CORR\u00caA AZEVEDO<\/strong> (Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Engenharia e Projetos), FERNANDO ANTONIO GIANORDOLI TEIXEIRA<\/strong> (Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Zeladoria e Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o), MARIA ELYSA GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUZA<\/strong> (Assessoria Econ\u00f4mica da Presid\u00eancia), ADRIANO VIEIRA SPESSIMILLI<\/strong> (Assessoria Econ\u00f4mica da Presid\u00eancia), CARLA ZAMBI MEIRELLES<\/strong> (N\u00facleo de Controle Interno), DANIELA LORDELLO COLNAGO<\/strong> (N\u00facleo de Controle Interno), SIMONE CALIMAN RANGEL<\/strong> (Diretoria Geral), MARCELO J\u00daLIO NUNES DA PAIX\u00c3O<\/strong> (Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria de Seguran\u00e7a), GUSTAVO PEREIRA FERREIRA<\/strong> (Centro de Processamento de Dados), devendo os trabalhos serem conclu\u00eddos at\u00e9 o dia 22 de junho de 2010.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00aa<\/strong>. FICA DESIGNADA<\/strong> como presidente a Sr\u00aa. CL\u00c1UDIA RIBEIRO MENDES FONSECA<\/strong> e, na circunst\u00e2ncia de aus\u00eancia, ser\u00e1 substitu\u00edda pela Sr\u00aa. DANIELA LORDELLO COLNAGO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
