Senhor Juiz de Direito, Dr. Marcelo Soares Cunha, Titular da 1\u00aa Vara Criminal do ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, protocolizado neste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2010.00.621.792;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> o fechamento da 1\u00aa Vara Criminal de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, assim como <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais nos dias 28 e 29 de junho de 2010, em raz\u00e3o de obras naquela Serventia, devendo as medidas de urg\u00eancia serem apreciadas pelo referido Ju\u00edzo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 23 de junho de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO 23\/2010 O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e CONSIDERANDO os termos do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 1125\/2010, da lavra do Exmo.
