O Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do Ato Normativo 43, publicado em 13 de outubro de 2010<\/a>, que instituiu o Regime de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e Mutir\u00e3o Carcer\u00e1rio nas varas criminais, de execu\u00e7\u00f5es penais e Central de Inqu\u00e9ritos em todo o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de designa\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores para prestarem aux\u00edlio aos Ju\u00edzes em atua\u00e7\u00e3o naquele;<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Designar os servidores C\u00e2ndida Silva de Morais, Renata Paganini e Eduardo Pimentel de Souza para integrarem o aludido Mutir\u00e3o, no per\u00edodo de 16 a 26 de novembro de 2010.<\/p>\n
