Sr. Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que consta do expediente protocolado sob o n\u00ba 2016.01.861.049;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Conselho Superior da Magistratura, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 09\/01\/2017; e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria realizada no dia 26\/01\/2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REFERENDAR<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/11\/resolucao-no-042017-conselho-disp-em-11012017\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 004\/2017<\/a>, do Conselho Superior da Magistratura, que tornou sem efeito o Ato Especial n\u00ba 512\/2016, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a Eletr\u00f4nico do dia 10\/10\/2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 17 de mar\u00e7o de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
