{"id":14703,"date":"2017-04-25T12:58:26","date_gmt":"2017-04-25T15:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=14703"},"modified":"2017-04-25T12:58:26","modified_gmt":"2017-04-25T15:58:26","slug":"resolucao-no-122017-disp-25042017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/25\/resolucao-no-122017-disp-25042017\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 12\/2017 &#8211; DISP. 25\/04\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 12\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador <strong>ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e tendo em vista <strong>DECIS\u00c3O<\/strong> do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada na presente data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o tempo decorrido desde o \u00faltimo reajuste no valor di\u00e1rio da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte paga aos Analistas Judici\u00e1rios \u2013 Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a Avaliadores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Alterar o valor di\u00e1rio da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte paga aos Analistas Judici\u00e1rios &#8211; Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a Avaliadores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, com base na disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira aprovada e atualmente existente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; O valor di\u00e1rio da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte ser\u00e1 de R$ 136,78 (cento e trinta e seis reais e setenta e oito centavos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos financeiros a partir de 01 de abril de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 20 de abril de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
