Senhor Procurador-Geral do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Dr. Rodrigo Marques de Abreu J\u00fadice, protocolizado neste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2011.00.073.133;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/26\/ato-normativo-no-702011-disp-13012011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 70<\/a>, publ. em 13 de janeiro de 2011;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da suspens\u00e3o dos prazos, nos processos em que o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e as autarquias representadas em ju\u00edzo pela Procuradoria-Geral do Estado figurem como parte, por mais 15 (quinze) dias, a partir de 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 72\/2011 O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e CONSIDERANDO os termos do Of\u00edcio\/PGE\/PCJ n\u00ba 189\/2011, da lavra do Exmo.
