{"id":14955,"date":"2017-04-27T13:30:51","date_gmt":"2017-04-27T16:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=14955"},"modified":"2017-04-27T13:30:51","modified_gmt":"2017-04-27T16:30:51","slug":"ato-normativo-no-1052011-disp-10052011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/04\/27\/ato-normativo-no-1052011-disp-10052011\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 105\/2011 &#8211; DISP. 10\/05\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 105\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Regulamenta a carga hor\u00e1ria a ser prestada pelo Juiz Leigo e fixa o valor da respectiva indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Tribunal Pleno da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/16\/resolucao-no-172011-publ-em-18042011-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 017\/2011<\/a>, publicada no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a do dia 18 de abril de 2011;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o art. 8\u00ba da referida Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece que o Juiz Leigo exercer\u00e1 sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o mediante carga hor\u00e1ria a ser fixada por Ato Normativo do Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, obedecendo no m\u00ednimo 04 (quatro) horas semanais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 9\u00ba da mesma Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o estabeleceu os par\u00e2metros a serem obedecidos na fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o devida aos Ju\u00edzes Leigos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Juiz Leigo constitui relevante aux\u00edlio ao Juiz Togado na busca da excel\u00eancia e da celeridade na atividade jurisdicional perante os Juizados Especiais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de carga hor\u00e1ria compat\u00edvel com a demanda atualmente existente nos Juizados Especiais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Estabelecer em vinte (20) horas semanais a carga hor\u00e1ria dos Ju\u00edzes Leigos aprovados em processo seletivo e designados nos termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/16\/resolucao-no-172011-publ-em-18042011-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 017\/2011<\/a> do E.
