Senhora Dra. Giselle Onigkeit, MM Ju\u00edza de Direito respondendo pelo 4\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel (adjunto da Faculdade de Direito Est\u00e1cio de S\u00e1), de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, protocolizado neste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2011.00.747.112, comunicando que a Faculdade estar\u00e1 implementando reformas no N\u00facleo de Pr\u00e1ticas Jur\u00eddicas, bem como no Juizado, iniciando-se neste \u00faltimo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do atendimento externo e dos prazos processuais naquele Juizado nos dias 11, 12 e 13 de julho de 2011, pelas raz\u00f5es expostas acima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os casos urgentes ser\u00e3o apreciados no N\u00facleo de Pr\u00e1ticas Jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 08 de julho de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 118\/2011 O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e CONSIDERANDO os termos do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 288, da lavra da Exma.
