Altera o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/26\/ato-normativo-no-0752011-disp-17022011-republicacao\/\" target=\"_blank\">art. 3\u00ba do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 075\/2011<\/a>, passando a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cArt. 3\u00ba (&#8230;)<br \/>\n(&#8230;)<br \/>\nV &#8211; Norma de Procedimentos n\u00ba 01.05 &#8211; Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o Direta Emergencial (NR)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2<\/strong>.
