DISP. 29\/09\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 140\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador Manoel Alves Rabelo, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/27\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0262011-disp-16092011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 026\/2011<\/a>, publicado em 16 de setembro de 2011, que instituiu o Grupo de trabalho para atuar no cumprimento da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 137, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de designar servidor para integrar o referido Grupo de trabalho;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Designar a servidora Luciana Ferreira de Carvalho Mattos, Analista Judici\u00e1ria II, para integrar o grupo de trabalho para atuar no cumprimento da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/11\/resolucao-cnj-no-137-de-13072011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 137<\/a>, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, designado pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/27\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0262011-disp-16092011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 026\/2011<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 16\/09\/2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211;
