{"id":15079,"date":"2017-05-02T17:37:03","date_gmt":"2017-05-02T20:37:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=15079"},"modified":"2017-05-02T17:37:03","modified_gmt":"2017-05-02T20:37:03","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0472017-disp-02052017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/05\/02\/ato-normativo-no-0472017-disp-02052017\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 047\/2017 &#8211; DISP. 02\/05\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 047\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 58, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 \u2013 Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 que atribui ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que ocorrem nesta data, levando \u00e0 paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte coletivo de passageiros, sobretudo na Grande-Vit\u00f3ria, bem como o bloqueio de rodovias, dificultando o tr\u00e2nsito e o deslocamento de jurisdicionados e operadores do direito em geral;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais em todo o Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo no dia 28 de Abril de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, eventuais atos praticados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 28 de Abril de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
