Senhora Ju\u00edza de Direito, Dra. Danielle Nunes Marinho, designada para responder pelo 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel (adjunto do Procon) de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, protocolizado neste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00ba 2011.01.203.459;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao seu Presidente a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> o fechamento do 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel (adjunto do Procon) de Vit\u00f3ria, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial, no dia 28 de outubro de 2011 (sexta-feira), assim como a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais, em raz\u00e3o do referido Juizado funcionar em edif\u00edcio do Poder Executivo Estadual, onde n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 funcionamento neste dia, em raz\u00e3o de decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de ponto facultativo nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Executivo Estadual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As medidas de urg\u00eancia ser\u00e3o apreciadas pelo 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel, localizado \u00e0 Av.
