{"id":15387,"date":"2017-05-18T15:47:04","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T18:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=15387"},"modified":"2017-05-18T15:47:53","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T18:47:53","slug":"ato-normativo-conjunto-no-072012-disp-13032012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/05\/18\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-072012-disp-13032012\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO CONJUNTO N\u00ba 007\/2012 &#8211; DISP. 13\/03\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO CONJUNTO N\u00ba 07\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os Excelent\u00edssimos Senhores Desembargadores PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e CARLOS HENRIQUE RIOS DO AMARAL, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-46-de-18122007\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 46\/2007<\/a> do CNJ, que cria as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 65\/2008<\/a> do CNJ, que disp\u00f5e sobre a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero dos processos nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Instituir, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Comit\u00ea Gestor da Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica e das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. O Comit\u00ea Gestor ter\u00e1 a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 o Juiz de Direito Augusto Passamani Bufulin, na qualidade de Juiz Assessor Especial da Presid\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 o Juiz de Direito Ezequiel Tor\u00edbio, na qualidade de Juiz Corregedor;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III \u2013 o Juiz de Direito Valeriano Ces\u00e1rio Bolzan, na qualidade de Gestor das Metas do CNJ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV \u2013 o servidor Ronney Brunelli Dutra, na qualidade de Secret\u00e1rio de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. Compete ao Comit\u00ea Gestor da Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica e das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas, empreender as medidas necess\u00e1rias ao cumprimento dos objetivos das Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es CNJ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-46-de-18122007\/\" target=\"_blank\">N\u00ba 46\/2007<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">N\u00ba 65\/2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>.
