Corregedor Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Ministro Jo\u00e3o Ot\u00e1vio de Noronha, nos autos da Consulta CNJ n\u00ba 0003554-11.2016.2.00.0000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA <\/strong>aos MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, especialmente aqueles com compet\u00eancia em Registros P\u00fablicos, e tamb\u00e9m os delegat\u00e1rios de servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais, sobre o conte\u00fado da Decis\u00e3o ID 2.158.537, cuja c\u00f3pia segue anexa, proferida pelo Exmo.
