Sr. Dr. Marcos Pereira Sanches, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro de Vit\u00f3ria em exerc\u00edcio,que comunica acerca da necessidade de amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de mudan\u00e7a da 10\u00aa Vara Criminal do referido Ju\u00edzo de que trata o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/07\/03\/ato-normativo-no-0732017-disp-30062017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 073\/2017<\/a>, deste E. Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, publicado em 30 de Junho de 2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do atendimento ao p\u00fablico, bem como dos atos e prazos processuais na 10\u00aa Vara Criminal de Vit\u00f3ria, nos dias 10, 11, 12, 13 e 14 de Julho de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 07 de Julho de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
