Sr. Dr. Ubirajara Paix\u00e3o Pinheiro, MM. Juiz de Direito da 5\u00aa Vara da Fazenda P\u00fablica Estadual, Municipal, Registros P\u00fablicos, Meio Ambiente e Sa\u00fade de Vit\u00f3ria,que comunica acerca da necessidade de amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de mudan\u00e7a da referida unidade judici\u00e1ria de que tratam os Atos Normativos n\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/06\/13\/ato-normativo-no-0632017-disp-12062017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">063\/2017<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/06\/28\/ato-normativo-no-0702017-disp-28062017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">070\/2017<\/a>, ambos deste E. Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; <strong>DETERMINAR A SUSPENS\u00c3O<\/strong> do atendimento ao p\u00fablico, bem como dos atos e prazos processuais na 5\u00aa Vara da Fazenda P\u00fablica Estadual, Municipal, Registros P\u00fablicos, Meio Ambiente e Sa\u00fade de Vit\u00f3ria, nos dias 07, 10, 11, 12 e 13 de Julho de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 07 de Julho de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
