Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, nos autos do procedimento de n\u00ba. 2007.00.319.990, em sess\u00e3o de 30.03.2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Instituir Comiss\u00e3o para estudos referentes \u00e0 revis\u00e3o de tabela de emolumentos cobrados pelos cart\u00f3rios extrajudiciais no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 A Comiss\u00e3o a que faz refer\u00eancia o artigo 1\u00ba, deste Ato Normativo, ser\u00e1 integrada pelos seguintes membros:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Desembargador Fabio Clem de Oliveira, que a presidir\u00e1;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Desembargador Carlos Sim\u00f5es Fonseca;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III \u2013 o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Desembargador Dair Jos\u00e9 Bregunce de Oliveira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 A Comiss\u00e3o ter\u00e1 o prazo de 180 (cento e oitenta) dias para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o dos trabalhos, o estudo ser\u00e1 apresentado \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia e ao Tribunal Pleno do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Este Ato Normativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 18 de Julho de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
