Sr\u00aa. Dr\u00aa. Raphaela Borges Micheli Tolomei, MM\u00aa. Ju\u00edza de Direito da Comarca de Muqui,que solicita a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/08\/16\/ato-normativo-no-0972017-disp-16082017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 094\/2017<\/a>, publicado em 14 de Agosto de 2017, haja vista que a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do treinamento de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Processo Judicial Eletr\u00f4nico (PJE) ocorrido em tal data demandou a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos magistrados e servidores da referida Comarca;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERAR SUSPENSOS<\/strong> os prazos processuais na Comarca de Muqui no dia 14 de Agosto de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 15 de Agosto de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
