Sr. Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que consta da decis\u00e3o referente ao procedimento TJES n\u00ba 2017.00.000.007;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Conselho Superior da Magistratura, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 16\/01\/2017; e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria realizada no dia 26\/01\/2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REFERENDAR<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/01\/20\/resolucao-no-072017-conselho-disp-em-20012017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 007\/2017<\/a>, de 16 de janeiro de 2017, do Egr\u00e9gio Conselho Superior da Magistratura, que ratificou a decis\u00e3o relativa ao procedimento TJES n\u00ba 2017.00.000.007, que indeferiu, por imperiosa necessidade de servi\u00e7o, o pedido de f\u00e9rias formulado pelo Exm\u00ba Sr. Des. Adalto Dias Trist\u00e3o; Exm\u00ba Sr. Des. Arthur Jos\u00e9 Neiva de Almeida; Exm\u00ba Sr. Des. Carlos Sim\u00f5es Fonseca; Exm\u00ba Sr. Des.
