CGJES n.\u00ba 201701251462<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei 9.835\/94 (LNR);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o recebimento de intima\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica decorrente dos autos do Pedido de Provid\u00eancias n.\u00ba 0006579-95.2017.2.00.0000, em tr\u00e2mite no Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, por fim, a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o havida acerca do tema nos autos do <em>Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 201701254462<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDAR <\/strong>aos Srs. e Srs.\u00aa Tabeli\u00e3es e Oficiais Registradores do foro extrajudicial do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e a quem mais possa interessar, que observem o conte\u00fado da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o supracitada, expedido pelo Minist\u00e9rio das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores e dirigido \u00e0 Corregedoria do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
