N\u00ba 0513901 &#8211; 3662\/05<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Favor mencionar refer\u00eancia acima)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhor(a) Juiz(a),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> os termos da decis\u00e3o proferida nos autos do procedimento n\u00ba 0513901 &#8211; 3662\/05;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> a necessidade de uniformizar as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de vaga para interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito com compet\u00eancia nas Varas de Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude que observe:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0a quest\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a pessoal dos adolescentes infratores;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0a disponibilidade de ve\u00edculo da pr\u00f3pria comarca para atendimento nas datas de audi\u00eancia;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0a presen\u00e7a das datas designadas para agendamento pela unidade de interna\u00e7\u00e3o no of\u00edcio a ser encaminhado a respectiva Vara competente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INFORMO,<\/strong> ainda, que o Conselho da Magistratura aprovou a conven\u00e7\u00e3o que os incidentes relativos \u00e0 UNIP s\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia da Vara de Inf\u00e2ncia e da Juventude de Vila Velha, e os relativos \u00e0 UNIS s\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atenciosamente,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
