Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o que estabelece o art. 73 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 83\/96 &#8211; Regimento Interno desta Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/01\/25\/resolucao-no-012006-publ-em-05012006\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 01\/2006<\/a> do Exmo. Presidente deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, que implementou dois turnos de trabalho di\u00e1rio para este Tribunal;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) Implementar dois turnos de trabalho di\u00e1rio para os seguintes setores: MATR\u00cdCULA, DIREITOS E VANTAGENS E PROTOCOLO, todos desta Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, iniciando \u00e0s 08:00 horas e encerrando \u00e0s 18:00 horas, observada a jornada di\u00e1ria de, no m\u00ednimo 6 (seis) horas para os servidores e 4 (quatro) horas para os estagi\u00e1rios<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) Estes setores mencionados funcionar\u00e3o com um servidor ou um estagi\u00e1rio na parte da manh\u00e3, para atendimento aos advogados ou qualquer outra parte interessada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 23 de janeiro de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
