Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 0032\/2006-CGJ, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Sergipe, que encaminha c\u00f3pia do normativo baixado por aquela Corregedoria (Provimento n\u00ba 11\/2005);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> que referido Provimento traz em seu bojo requisitos para cumprimento, naquele Estado, de cartas precat\u00f3rias oriundas de outras unidades da federa\u00e7\u00e3o, estabelecendo regras principalmente quanto ao dever de pr\u00e9vio recolhimento das custas para a dilig\u00eancia deprecada;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) Disponibilizar o endere\u00e7o virtual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tjse.jus.br\/corregedoria\">www.tj.se.gov.br\/corregedoria<\/a>, para consultas aos provimentos baixados pela Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Sergipe, especialmente o tombado sob o n\u00famero 11\/2005, que trata do procedimento de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e pagamento de custas processuais das Cartas Precat\u00f3rias daquele Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 06 de mar\u00e7o de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
