Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do <strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 093\/CGJ\/06 (Processo N\u00ba 28.545\/06)<\/strong>, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Corregedor do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Minas Gerais, Desembargador Jos\u00e9 Francisco Bueno;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio se presta para encaminhar o <strong>AVISO N\u00ba 049\/CGJ\/2006<\/strong>, que traz em seu bojo not\u00edcia do &#8220;furto de 50 (cinq\u00fcenta) Selos de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Servi\u00e7o de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais do Munic\u00edpio de Sete Lagoas, tipo <strong>CERTID\u00c3O<\/strong>, de numera\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>AER24.551 a AER24.600<\/strong>, conforme Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia N\u00ba 2091 da Delegacia Adjunta de Furtos e Roubos daquela localidade, ficando cancelada a validade dos mesmos, como previsto no art. 15, da Portaria Conjunta N\u00ba 002, de 11 de mar\u00e7o de 2005.&#8221;;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, Membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, Advogados, Not\u00e1rios e Registradores, Serventu\u00e1rios e a quem possa interessar, que observem o AVISO supra citado, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
