I, al\u00edneas \u201ca\u201d a \u201cg\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, que a partir desta data, as indica\u00e7\u00f5es de servidores para responder como substituto legal dos Chefes de Secretarias, dever\u00e3o ser feitas impreterivelmente com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 15 (quinze) dias antes do in\u00edcio da referida substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong>, ainda, que quando da indica\u00e7\u00e3o seja observado os crit\u00e9rios do art. 1\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/12\/16\/resolucao-no-272005-publ-em-16062005-revogada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 027\/2005<\/a>, devendo constar no of\u00edcio, de forma expressa, que o servidor indicado preenche os aludidos requisitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SOLICITO<\/strong> a Vossas Excel\u00eancias que d\u00ea ci\u00eancia a todos os Ju\u00edzes de Direito dessa Comarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
