Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do OF\u00cdCIO N\u00ba 145\/2007 &#8211; ASCGJ (Processo n\u00ba 30.599\/2007-CJ), da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Desembargador Luiz Zveiter;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio se presta para encaminhar o Of\u00edcio\/DG\/005\/2007, que traz em seu bojo not\u00edcia do \u201c<strong><em>extravio de 04 (quatro) DNVs (Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Nascidos Vivos) de n\u00fameros 36489107, 36489108, 36489109, 36489110. As DNVs n\u00e3o encontravam-se preenchidas (completamente em branco) e, as mesmas s\u00e3o documentos de suma import\u00e2ncia e necess\u00e1rias para o registro de rec\u00e9m-nascidos junto aos Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil<\/em><\/strong>\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Titulares de Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil das Comarcas do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santos, e a quem possa interessar, que observem o AVISO supra citado, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
