Ser\u00e3o utilizados os seguintes livros nas Escrivanias do Crime:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">IV &#8211; livro de Registro de Termos (para registro de termos de liberdade provis\u00f3ria, audi\u00eancia admonit\u00f3ria, fian\u00e7a, etc. Os termos devem ser numerados em seq\u00fc\u00eancia renov\u00e1vel anualmente).\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Determino,<\/strong> ainda, que seja providenciado o levantamento de todos os processos que est\u00e3o com os valores depositados como fian\u00e7a, em aberto, informando \u00e0 Corregedoria no prazo de at\u00e9 60 dias, inclusive anexando o respectivo extrato atualizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atenciosamente,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
