Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio-Circular n\u00ba 45\/CGJ\/07 (autos n\u00ba 31.398\/07), referente ao Aviso n\u00ba 21\/CGJ\/2007, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Minas Gerais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio traz em seu bojo: &#8220;AVISA sobre o furto de 50 (cinquenta) selos de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o pertencentes ao Servi\u00e7o de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais do Munic\u00edpio de Ant\u00f4nio Carlos, Comarca de Barbacena, do tipo CERTID\u00c3O, da s\u00e9rie alfanum\u00e9rica ADJ20051 a ADJ20100, conforme Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia n\u00ba 646\/2007 do 9\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar, ficando cancelada a validade dos mesmos, como previsto no Art. 15, da Portaria Conjunta n\u00ba 002, de 11 de mar\u00e7o de 2005.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, Membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, Advogados, Not\u00e1rios e Registradores, Serventu\u00e1rios e a quem possa interessar, que observem o AVISO supra citado, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
