Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a institui\u00e7\u00e3o do Estatuto Nacional da Microempresa e Empresa de Pequeno Porte pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 123\/2006;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o artigo 73, I, da referida Lei, estabeleceu que o protesto de t\u00edtulos dos referidos entes est\u00e1 subordinado a determinados requisitos, tais como, a n\u00e3o incid\u00eancia de FARPEN\/FUNEPJ sobre os emolumentos do tabeli\u00e3o quando figurarem como devedores;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong> determinar aos Tabeli\u00e3es de Protesto que quando enviarem o Relat\u00f3rio do FARPEN\/FUNEPJ dos Tabelionatos de Protesto, especifiquem o quantitativo dos atos por eles praticados quando o protesto for realizado contra microempresas ou empresas de pequeno porte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
