Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio\/INCRA\/P\/N\u00ba 509\/07, referente ao assunto de Altera\u00e7\u00e3o de Unidade de Controle de Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de Im\u00f3veis por Estrangeiros, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Presidente do INCRA em Brasilia-DF, Dr. Rolf Harckbart;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio traz em seu bojo: \u201c<strong>Comunico no sentido de reafirmar a necessidade que tem esta administra\u00e7\u00e3o em prosseguir desincumbindo-se das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais postas a seu cargo, pelo art. 11. Da Lei n\u00ba 5.709, de 7 de outubro de 1971, e art. 16 do Decreto n\u00ba 74.965, de 26 de novembro de 1974, referentes ao acompanhamento e controle cadastral das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de im\u00f3veis rurais por pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas estrangeiras. SOLICITO que os cart\u00f3rios de registros de im\u00f3veis desse Estado prestem a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o relativa aos dados de im\u00f3veis e das pessoas estrangeiras, constantes no livro auxiliar feita trimestralmente, devendo encaminhar o of\u00edcio \u00e0 DIRETORIA DE ORDENAMENTO DA ESTRUTURA FUNDI\u00c1RIA DO INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE COLONIZA\u00c7\u00c3O E REFORMA AGR\u00c1RIA &#8211; INCRA, no endere\u00e7o: Setor Banc\u00e1rio Norte, Quadra 2, Ed. Pal\u00e1cio do Desenvolvimento<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, que encaminhem esta solicita\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os Cart\u00f3rios de Registro de Im\u00f3veis do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
