Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio\/PSFN &#8211; S\u00c3O JOS\u00c9 DOS CAMPOS\/ N\u00ba 717\/2008, datado de 06 de junho de 2008, referente a Requerimento de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es, de interesse da Uni\u00e3o (Fazenda nacional) para fins de instru\u00e7\u00e3o de processo judicial, da lavra da Excelent\u00edssima Procuradora da Fazenda Nacional, Dra. Stela Maris Monteiro Sim\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio traz em seu bojo: \u201c<strong>Sobre a eventual exist\u00eancia de registros ou altera\u00e7\u00f5es de registros (matr\u00edculas, transcri\u00e7\u00f5es, registros, averba\u00e7\u00f5es, etc.) referentes a quaisquer direitos reais imobili\u00e1rios, em vigor atualmente ou verificados nos \u00faltimos 15 (quinze) anos, envolvendo a pessoa de ANT\u00d4NIO GON\u00c7ALVES MOTA, CPF n\u00ba 148.740.836-68, informa\u00e7\u00f5es essas que dever\u00e3o ser encaminhadas a Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional, na Rua XV de Novembro, 337, Centro, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Campos-SP, CEP 12.210-070, acompanhadas de c\u00f3pia dos respectivos registros<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, que encaminhem esta solicita\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os Cart\u00f3rios de Registro de Im\u00f3veis e T\u00edtulos do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
