Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 452\/2008 &#8211; BOM JESUS DO NORTE &#8211; ES, datado de 10 de Julho de 2008, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Ju\u00edz de Direito Dr. M\u00e1rio da Silva Nunes Neto;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o referido Of\u00edcio se presta para determinar que sejam comunicados todos os Oficiais dos Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Geral de Im\u00f3veis deste Estado, que se abstenham em fazer qualquer transfer\u00eancia de bens im\u00f3veis que porventura estiverem inscritos em nome de JOS\u00c9 MANOEL DE MEDEIROS, CPF N\u00ba: 145.245.801-06, PRESIDENTE DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE BOM JESUS DO NORTE, E, FERNANDO CARVALHO DE OLIVEIRA, CPF N\u00ba: 007.945.787-80, VEREADOR EM BOM JESUS DO NORTE &#8211; ES, enquanto perdurar a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual, face a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o, por este Ju\u00edzo, da indisponibilidade dos bens patrimoniais dos mesmos, nos autos da A\u00e7\u00e3o de Improbidade Administrativa tombada sob o n\u00ba 010.08.000756-9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, e aos Oficiais dos Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Geral de Im\u00f3veis deste Estado e a quem possa interessar, que observem o AVISO supra citado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
