Eis as mais comuns listadas pelo setor respons\u00e1vel:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; alguns magistrados n\u00e3o est\u00e3o pedindo a pr\u00e9via autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Corregedoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a para a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da escala de f\u00e9rias dos servidores;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; servidores est\u00e3o requerendo diretamente \u00e0 Corregedoria modifica\u00e7\u00e3o na escala de f\u00e9rias sem o \u201cde acordo\u201d pr\u00e9vio do Sr. Juiz de Direito, acompanhado da justificada comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de imperiosa necessidade do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assim, determino sejam rigorosamente observados os termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/10\/14\/provimento-no-082008-publ-em-18072008\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento n\u00ba 08\/2008<\/a> (DJ 18\/07\/2008) e Errata (DJ 22\/07\/2008).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
