Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do OF\u00cdCIO PGM\/GAB\/No.98\/2009, de 13 de fevereiro de 2009, da lavra do Ilustr\u00edssimo Senhor Jader Ferreira Guimar\u00e3es, Procurador Geral do Munic\u00edpio de Vit\u00f3ria, Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio solicita que os Merit\u00edssimos Ju\u00edzes de Direito deste Estado, antes de determinarem a aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de bens im\u00f3veis localizados no Munic\u00edpio de Vit\u00f3ria, Esp\u00edrito Santo, por hasta p\u00fablica, oficiem \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda, informando o dia e hora da hasta p\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito deste Estado que antes de determinarem a aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de bens im\u00f3veis localizados no Munic\u00edpio de Vit\u00f3ria por hasta p\u00fablica, que oficiem \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Fazenda, informando o dia e hora da hasta p\u00fablica, a fim de que, em havendo d\u00e9bito tribut\u00e1rio pendente sobre o bem, seja separado o valor respectivo, se houver saldo ap\u00f3s o pagamento do credor da a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, evitando assim preju\u00edzo ao er\u00e1rio municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
